​I'm Matilda and I am a Medical Herbalist practicing in Pembrokeshire and online. As a herbalist I am passionate about helping people reclaim their health. I do this through one-to-one consultations.

​In the first consultation we will discuss your medical history, diet, lifestyle, general well being along with what has brought you to see me. From this I will work out where there are imbalances in the body and choose a treatment plan to support this.

​I use plant medicines such as herbal teas, tinctures, and supplements along with recommending diet and lifestyle changes.
